Peer Feedback: the verdict

I thank all who have analysed my work and your feedback will help me greatly, in particular those concerning the front cover, the fact that some of you thought my cover was a little cluttered and that my masthead needs some work will help me in the future.
The critisism will help my other drafts later on in productions so thanks again :D

Overall i like your blog because there are a lot of post on it which shows that you have put a lot of time and thought into  it.
The images on your front cover make the front cover look better because they maker the cover look like a real magazine that you might see in a shop. I think that there is a bit too much writing on the cover though so i think you should try to sum up all of the stories into concise sentences/ short paragraphs.

Overall impression:

Well I must say James that I am impressed. I can see that you've been using your time wisely to complete as much as you can; that's good, keep it up! And looking at the pictures of 'Chev' hahah I must say that they're really funny and creative because I could remember when you were taking them.

Strengths of F/C:

Your front cover is very good and I'm not going to be hard on you at all considering that you're still getting in grips with Photoshop. You've done exactly what you're supposed to do by following the conventions and putting things in the correct order.

Areas for improvement:

Well there's always room for improvement. Improvement can never be too much, What I would suggest you do is try putting up some more. Like your demographics research, market research; make refinements and mention new things that you perhaps learnt about over the holidays. Other than that you're good man!

This is an overall good blog, you have put a lot of time in-to it to create your final product as a whole. There are plenty of images used which you has meant you have had plenty of time to choose and decide upon your final image.

The strenghts of this final front cover are really good, there isn't many faults to critice upon, although i would say your mast-head needs to be a bit clearer as i found it hard to understand what it said. But on the other hand your drafts for your work are really good, so there's not much to worry about :)

The front cover is well detailed and it looks like you have spent a lot of time working on the front cover. your blog is well thought out and you have positioned things well.

the only things bad with your front cover is there is too much writing on the bottom of the front cover, this and some of the things look a little bit crowded

Overall, I feel the sheer amount of detail in these drafts really outrule any bits constructive criticism I can give.
This is rather hypocritical as I have done this but I feel an area of development should be more differenciation between each draft. You've used a similar tactic to me by taking the time to create a great first draft and then change the other drafts ever so slightly. I've acknowledged this with my work too and I may need to make changes like this too.
Listen to the other feedback and you won't really have to take anything I say into consideration as all of your drafts are very strong.

Well Done! :)

Overall its a really good blog with a lot of detailed work. It looks like youve put a a lot of time into it and the work seems to be done well.
The front cover has an eye catching title and the layout works well.
I also really like the picture, especially the effects youve done on her hair, it looks really good and draws attention.
Its a very impressive front cover, the only criticism would be that I think theres a bit too much writing on the bottom left of the cover.
